Full-Service Planning & Design
Before any step is taken or decision made, our first order of business is to create your custom production timeline. This documents is broken down into three phases - and arranged and addressed according to your schedule.
From there, we'll guide you through the planning and design process from beginning to end, step-by-step.
Design
There's a story to be told at your wedding. Your story. And we aim to tell it in a compelling and sophisticated way with every touchpoint.
Venue Proposal
Confidently choose the perfect venue from a curated list of options that complement your vision. We'll schedule and join you on your site visits to help you make an informed decision.
Financial Estimate
Rest assured your finances are in good hands with a team with your best interests at heart. We'll create a respectful budget and operate within its parameters - all while materializing your vision.
Design Concept
Share your vision, dreams, and ideas with our Creative Director, Sarah. She'll create a detailed design board, right here in-house, that highlights the look and feel of your wedding.
Prototype Demonstration
See your vision come to life before your wedding day. We'll prepare decor options for you to touch, feel, mix and match. Then, build 3D renderings of your ceremony and reception based on your choices.

Feel confident your celebration will be executed flawlessly as we walk through the flow of the day or weekend together beforehand. We'll finalize any last-minute details to ensure every I is dotted and T crossed.
Weekend Production
Receive our help not just on your wedding day but all weekend long. We'll conduct a ceremony rehearsal for you and your wedding party. And should you choose, we'll assist with your rehearsal dinner and/or farewell brunch.
Support Staff
Soak up your wedding day as Kelsey, Sarah, and the team oversee everything from setup to strike. Should any surprises arise, we'll handle them swiftly so you can remain focused on what matters most: getting married.
